Do you want to start Valentine's Day with a surprise, with a different, tasty and healthy breakfast?
Then you really have to try the açaí crepes.
This recipe is quite simple and, in a few minutes, you'll have delicious crepes with a vibrant color.
Ingredients:
160 ml of Native Açaí Zero
1 egg
1 banana
1 tbsp of coconut oil
⅓ cup of plant-based drink
1 cup of wheat flour
½ tsp of yeast
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix very well.
Heat a non-stick frying pan and, when it is hot, keep it on a low heat and spread a little of the dough. When the dough starts to form bubbles, it's time to turn the crepe to cook on the other side.
When it's ready, you can decorate or stuff it to your liking, using, for example, red fruits and honey. You, better than anyone, know your better half's favorite toppings!
Apple pie is a dessert that never fails! Have you thought about serving it with a scoop of Native Açaí ice cream? An irresistible combination of flavors capable of surprising and sweetening the most romantic day of the year.
Start with the pie dough. You can challenge yourself and make homemade pasta, based on healthy ingredients and full of love. Or, you can choose to buy a ready-made dough. In this case, try to choose a healthy option.
Once you have the base for your pie, it's time to prepare the filling.
Ingredients for the filling:
4 apples
Honey to taste
50g of flour
Cinnamon to taste
3 eggs
1 cup of milk or vegetable drink
Preparation:
Start by heating the oven to 200º. Line the tart with the dough. In the case of purchased puff pastry or broken dough, you can pierce the base with a fork so that it does not rise too much.
Peel the apples and cut them into quarters. Then cut very thin half moons. Why not add some raspberries or blueberries? After all, it's a day to surprise and make everything even more special.
Place the remaining ingredients in a blender (or similar) and let the ingredients blend well.
Take the sliced apples and raspberries and arrange them over the dough in the tart pan. Then cover the apples with the cream and, on top, add another layer of apples. Bake in the oven until golden.
Serve with a ball of açaí and… bon appétit!
